At Doodle Paw Press, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized Products

Personalized books are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Please double-check all names, dates, spellings, and photos before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to amanda@doodlepawpress.com and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
