We make every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. Because screen settings may vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will appear exactly the same on every device.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including names, dates, spellings, photos, and any custom information provided.

Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe fraudulent activity has occurred or if incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to a technical error.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
